Welcome to my Channel! I'm Kristen, an American personal trainer, pilates and barre instructor based in London, UK. My channel is all about fitness, workouts, and well-being. I create workouts to get you motivated to move. After all, workouts should be fun and I believe variety is key. I trained as a dancer and many of my workouts have developed from my dance background. I make the workouts easy to follow so you can do them at home with little or no equipment.

You shouldn't wear your baby in that direction it's no good for their hips, please check with a specialist
Thank you for your concern. I know this has been a controversial discussion. Although I have done research on this and inward facing is best until baby is 6 months, then once they can sit you can wear them forward facing. Sienna is 7.5 months when I filmed this. Also, a good quality carrier is a must. I am using the Baby Bjorn Harmony which "The International Hip Dysplasia Institute has evaluated Baby Carrier Harmony and declared it to be “hip healthy” when used in accordance with the instructions."

I am a 14 year old girl. 5,1 at 118 pounds. I wanted to get a flatter stomach and it has worked a bit so far, I am on my 7th day of doing this workout along with other workouts and let me tell you, I have seen some progress. I have gained about a couople of pounds which i did not expect but then realised the extra weight was muscles. I ate healthier and I TRIED to avoid any junk food. i noticed that when i eat junk food while on a diet and working out, i felt lazier and didnt feel like doing the workout and i wanted to eat more of the unhealthy stuff. So I completely stopped eating junk food which is pretty hard, especially since my siblings are always coming from the liquor store with all that good stuff but when i think about my future, I focus on whats right. It's very exciting to do this workout because the ending plank is the harderst thing here and BURNS REAL BAD!!!! But thats whats exciting, because everyday i get closer to reaching the full plank. It is difficult to reach the ending plank as a beginner in working out but i know for a fact i will get there if i keep my mind into it and persevere that goal and you can too!!!! It might be difficult at first as it was for me but it has gotten a bit more easier. SO KEEP GOING, YOU"LL GET THERE ONE DAY, I KNOW IT!!

I just did the full workout and I am SO OUT OF BREATH I have terrible endurance but I was able to make it through the whole workout lol It’s 11 pm and I randomly felt motivated to workout. If I do happen to stick to this workout, I’ll come back and update my progress lol I want to be ripped going into grade 10
